Face Data Summary
GenVora may process images that contain facial information when you choose AI image, AI video, or face-related creative features. Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are fully explained in Section 1.2 Face Data, with additional details in Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, Section 6, and Section 8. Face-containing content is processed only on infrastructure we control using models operated by our development team. We do not send face data, uploaded photos, prompts, or other user-generated content to any third-party AI service or third-party model provider.
No Third-Party AI or Third-Party Models. GenVora provides AI creative features using models and processing infrastructure operated and controlled by our development team. We do not send your photos, prompts, face data, videos, or other user-generated content to any third-party AI service, external AI platform, or third-party model provider.
GenVora ("GenVora", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have when you use the GenVora mobile application and related services.
Contents
When you choose to use GenVora's AI creative features, you may provide or generate the following types of content:
Providing user content is optional, but some AI features cannot work unless you provide the image, prompt, or task information required for that feature.
Some GenVora features, including AI image features, AI video features, image-to-image generation, image-to-video generation, and face-related video effects, may process images that contain facial information. We collect and use face data only as follows:
Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are explained in this Section 1.2 and in Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 of this Privacy Policy.
GenVora may use anonymous authentication so the App can recognize your account state, credits, purchases, and task history. We may process an anonymous user ID, session token, subscription status, subscription expiration date, plan type, credit balance, purchase status, product identifiers, App Store transaction information, and server-side records needed to verify purchases and restore access. The anonymous user ID is linked to your GenVora account state and may also be used to associate App analytics, purchase, support, and diagnostic records with that account.
The App may generate and store a stable app-specific device identifier in the device Keychain so that your anonymous account, subscription state, and credits can be restored when technically possible. This identifier is generated by the App, is separate from Apple's IDFA and IDFV, and may be linked to your anonymous GenVora account for app functionality, analytics, fraud prevention, entitlement restoration, and permitted attribution purposes.
We may collect limited technical and device information, including app ID, app version, build version, bundle identifier, operating system version, device model, locale, network status, IP address, request timestamps, diagnostic logs, and similar technical information. Firebase Analytics derives an approximate location, such as country, region, or city, from masked IP addresses for analytics. This information may be associated with your app instance or anonymous user ID. This does not use Apple's Location Services or collect precise GPS coordinates.
For attribution and advertising measurement, GenVora may process the App-generated device identifier, IDFV, attribution status, campaign information, and, only when you grant permission through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework, the device advertising identifier (IDFA). The App may send permitted device identifiers to our backend for attribution and advertising measurement, including processing by attribution or advertising measurement providers. Any access to IDFA remains subject to your ATT choice and Apple's policies.
We use Firebase Analytics to collect information about how the App is used, such as app launch events, page and feature interactions, template selections, task creation events, paywall events, subscription button taps, successful subscription events, restore events, credit purchase events, and performance measurements such as page load, API, and task-flow durations. Firebase Analytics is configured with the App's anonymous user ID, so these analytics records may be linked to your GenVora account state. We disable Firebase advertising identifier collection and default ad-personalization signals in the App.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash data and other diagnostic information needed to identify failures, diagnose errors, monitor stability, and improve App functionality. Diagnostic information may include crash reports, error categories and codes, operation context, app and device information, and related performance or technical data. Crashlytics is configured with the App's anonymous user ID, so crash, performance, and other diagnostic records may be linked to your GenVora account state.
If you contact us or submit feedback in the App, we collect the contact email address and feedback content you enter, the complaint category you select, the anonymous account owner associated with the authenticated request, app version, request identifier, and an optional screenshot if you choose to attach one. The contact email and feedback content are required to submit the in-App support form; the screenshot is optional. We use this information for customer support, troubleshooting, responding to your request, and improving App functionality. We do not use the submitted contact email or screenshot for advertising or tracking.
GenVora uses the system photo picker so you can select photos for requested creative features. When you save generated images or videos to your photo library, the App requests photo library add-only permission where required by iOS. We use this access only to save the result you request to save.
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
GenVora provides AI-based creative features using models and processing infrastructure operated and controlled by our development team. When you choose an AI feature and submit content, your prompts, uploaded images, technical task parameters, and result-related metadata are processed on our own servers to generate the result you request.
We do not send your photos, prompts, face data, videos, or other user-generated content to any third-party AI service, external AI platform, or third-party model provider. AI image and video generation is performed on infrastructure we control using our own models.
We do not use your uploaded photos, prompts, face data, or generated content to train third-party AI models. We also do not use your user-generated content to train our own models unless we obtain separate consent where required by law.
Other service providers may receive limited non-content data needed to operate the App, such as authentication, infrastructure hosting, storage, media delivery, analytics, attribution, or payment-related information. These providers do not receive your uploaded photos, videos, prompts, or face data for AI model inference.
We do not sell your personal information, user-generated images, prompts, videos, or face data. We do not share face data with data brokers. We do not share your content with third-party AI services or third-party model providers.
We may share limited information with service providers only as necessary to operate GenVora, including:
All service providers are required to process information only for the purposes we authorize and to provide privacy and security protections appropriate for the information they process. No service provider is authorized to use user photos, prompts, videos, or face data for third-party AI training or third-party AI inference.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or valid governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of users, the public, GenVora, or our services.
Face data retention: Source images that may contain face data are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days after processing completion. Users may request deletion at any time, and deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
User-uploaded photos, prompts, task parameters, and generated results are retained only for as long as needed to provide the requested feature, display recent task history, support troubleshooting, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Generated results may be deleted sooner in current App flows, including within 2 hours where the App displays that retention period.
Anonymous account records, subscription status, credit balances, purchase verification records, and transaction-related records may be retained for as long as necessary to provide purchases, restore entitlements, prevent fraud, comply with tax or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain service security.
Diagnostic logs, attribution records, analytics events, and security records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for analytics, fraud prevention, security, and service operation. We delete or de-identify these records when they are no longer needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Feedback records may be retained while we investigate, respond to, and improve the App based on user reports, unless you request deletion and we are not required to retain the information for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You may request deletion of your user content, face data, account-related data, feedback, or other personal information by contacting us at nguyenthihai5390@icloud.com. Please include the email address you use to contact us, your App name, and enough information for us to locate the relevant account or task. Because GenVora may use anonymous authentication, we may ask you for additional information, such as a task ID or purchase information, to verify and complete the request.
We will process deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law, fraud prevention, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. Deleting the App from your device may remove local App data, but it may not delete server-side records or purchase records that are needed to restore subscriptions or comply with legal obligations.
You can control photo library permissions, tracking permission, and other system permissions in the iOS Settings app. You can also choose not to submit photos, prompts, or feedback.
GenVora uses Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework before accessing the device advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking or advertising measurement where required by Apple's policies. If you do not grant permission, the IDFA is not available to the App for tracking purposes.
If you grant permission, we may use the IDFA and related device attribution identifiers to measure advertising performance and attribute installs. Device identifiers used for advertising measurement may be linked with data from other companies' apps or websites; this is disclosed as tracking. App interaction and purchase analytics are described separately in Section 1.5. You can change your tracking preference at any time in iOS Settings.
After anonymous sign-in succeeds, and only while tracking permission is granted and a valid IDFA is available, the App sends your session token and IDFA over HTTPS to our dedicated tracking endpoint at ip.congtoanphamai.site. This request runs independently of sign-in and normal App use. If you deny tracking permission, the App skips this request. A failed tracking request does not prevent you from signing in, browsing content, or using purchases.
We may use IDFV and an app-generated identifier for app functionality, account continuity, fraud prevention, entitlement restoration, analytics, and attribution purposes as permitted by law and Apple's policies. We do not use these identifiers to send your photos, prompts, face data, or user-generated content to any third-party AI service.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include encrypted transport, access controls, limited retention, and operational monitoring.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information in a manner appropriate to the type of information we process.
GenVora is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at nguyenthihai5390@icloud.com, and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of GenVora after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means that you accept the updated policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
